Refund Policy
Once your payment has been processed for either the full programme or an individual section, you have a cooling off period of 14 days during which time you may request a full refund, provided you have not logged into the programme platform nor accessed any of the programme materials.
If you withdraw from the programme or a section after 14 days, no refund will be given except in exceptional circumstances which will be considered by the management team; their decision will be final.
