Refund Policy
Once your first payment has been processed, you have a cooling off period of 14 days during which time you may request a full refund, provided you have not logged into any of our learning platforms nor accessed or engaged with any of the programme materials (this includes support platforms such as the group chats). If you wish to withdraw or cancel your membership at any time after 14 days, no refund will be given.
